Salem-area car dealerships donate $250K to hands-on education program

Auto Body Repair and Painting. CTEC Career Technical Education Center through Salem-Keizer Public Schools prepares students for high-skill, high-wage, and high-demand careers, while developing the professional skills, technical knowledge, academic foundation and real-world experience to assure their success upon graduation.

CTEC’s Auto Body and Painting program received a $250,000 donation from Salem area car dealerships. Simon Gutierrez from KPTV took an in-depth look at the program to see how CTEC is giving students a hands-on experience in learning.
